What The Day-To-Day Actually Looks Like
- 6–8 patients per day max
- 60-minute, true 1:1 sessions
- Highly motivated, performance-driven patients
- No insurance battles
- Dedicated documentation time
- Weekly mentorship and clinical development
- Freedom to build your own niche
- Flexible scheduling including 4-day workweek options
Growth Path
We are expanding.
Over the next 1–3 years, this role can evolve into:
- Lead PT
- Program developer (youth athletes, pelvic health, performance training, etc.)
- Clinic Director track

Compensation & Benefits
- Compensation Range: $75,000–$100,000+, depending on experience, performance, and caseload.
